Web development and design policy

We give our clients access to a sample website so they can see the caliber of our work and feel at ease before working with us. If you have any questions before paying for our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Refund eligibility

At Bluematrixtechno, we treat every project with attention and professionalism since we value them all. We constantly work to meet our client's deadlines while delivering the desired project. However, if a client wants a refund because he or she changed their mind about the project or is not satisfied, they should first see if they qualify under our refund policy.

Payment in Advance

When you feel comfortable using our services, you must pay 30% of the total cost upfront. This is true for all services we offer. The 30% advance is entirely refundable if the client wants to cancel the project within two days of making the advance payment to us. Please be aware that if you cancel the project after two days of making an advance payment, you will not receive your money back.

Time for Delivery & Payment

• Full Refund: If the project has not yet begun or has not been completed in accordance with the agreement.
• Partial Refund: If the project work has already begun and the client decides to stop the project in the middle, the entire 30% advance payment will not be refunded.
• No Refund: If a client wants to cancel the project after full payment has been received and the project has been successfully delivered, the entire amount paid will not be refunded.

Changes to the policy

Bluematrixtechno has the right to make changes to this policy at any time and without prior notification. Please frequently examine this policy, as requested. Our current clients as well as any new ones will consent to our new policy if any modifications are made.
